Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault
